Are Service Providers on the platform vetted ?
We don't vet the Service Providers. However, we provide the users enough information for them to take a good judgement on which Service Provider to choose for their Service Request. Home owners can refer to Google Reviews, Previous Work photos, License No etc. of the Service Provider.
02. Do you warranty Service Providers work quality ?
We do not guarantee the quality of work performed by Service Providers. Service Providers can be individuals or companies, established or new. If there is any issue in work quality, home owners can directly interact with Service Providers to resolve the issue. If the issue is still not resolved, then home owners can write to us at customerservice@maintainmyhome.org. We will liason between home owner and service provider and try to resolve the issue. If required we can also appoint arbitrator between home owner and service provider and the cost will be shared between home owner and service provider equally
03. How should I resolve my dispute with Service Provider ?
We strongly recommend Not to Pay Service Provider until the job is completed as per your agreement with Service Provider and is tested by you post job completion. We encourage the Home Owner and Service Provider to resolve any disputes between themselves and keep log of Agreement copy, emails, messages et. for further clarifications.
04. Will Service Providers be charged to get the business lead ?
Service Providers are not charged for business leads. They are only charged when their Service Request Quote is accepted by the Home Owner and the Service Request is completed, not for business leads.
05. Is there any limit for Service Providers receiving business leads ?
No, there is no limit on Service Providers receiving the business leads.
06. Service Providers I booked did not Show up. What should I do ?
Unfortunately, no-shows are a reality in the real world and can sometimes occur. If a Service Provider fails to show up on the requested date, you can contact them by phone or through our app's messaging feature. Report the no-show through our app/website.. This helps us track the issue and take appropriate action against the service provider and look for a replacement service provider.
Do you process payments for services ?
No, we are not providing payment feature as of now but there is a plan to do the same.
